| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent (1) to vacate an opinion and order of this court dated June 20, 2006, suspending him for a period of six months, commencing July 31, 2006, based upon his failure to cooperate with the Grievance Committee's investigation and his failure to re-register with the Office of Court Administration, (2) for leave to submit opposition papers to the Grievance Committee's motion to confirm in part and to disaffirm in part the Special Referee's report, and (3) to immediately stay his six-month suspension, pending a hearing and determination of the current motion.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied in its entirety.
