| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. By decision and order of this court dated July 28, 1997, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law and the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District was authorized to institute and prosecute a disciplinary proceeding against him. By opinion and order of this court dated December 16, 1998, the respondent was disbarred based upon six charges of professional misconduct (see Matter of Mogil, 250 AD2d 343). The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 5, 1975.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the respondent's submission of a fully completed application properly sworn to.
