| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by PFC Corporation an appellant-respondent in Appeal No. 1 and a respondent in Appeal No. 2 pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 3, 2006, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated May 2, 2006.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to perfect the appeals from the order dated April 3, 2006, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated May 2, 2006, is enlarged until March 19, 2007, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' and appellant's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants in Appeal No. 1 and the respondents in Appeal No. 2 shall serve and file their answering briefs, including their points of argument on the cross appeals, in accordance with the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
