It is Ordered that the motion for a stay of the attorney's fee hearing pending the determination of the appeal is granted. The cross-motion is granted to the extent of directing the appellant to correct the record on appeal so that any material that was not submitted to, and considered by the trial court in making its determination, is to be excised from the record.. Consult the Clerk of the Court regarding how to amend the records in order to have them accepted for filing.
