Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated October 19, 2006, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeal, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
