| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 3, 2006, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and for leave to correct the caption of the notice of appeal to properly reflect the status of the parties.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to correct the caption of the notice of appeal to properly reflect the status of the parties is granted, and the caption is amended as set forth above.
