DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motions by the petitioner-respondent Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana to admit pro hac vice, Mary S. Thomas, an attorney in good standing in the State of California, and Megan D. McIntyre, an attorney in good standing in the State of Delaware, to represent the petitioner-respondent Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 30, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted.
