People v Wright, Shira
It is ordered that the motion for an order enlarging the record on appeal is denied, without prejudice to renew in the trial court. The issue of whether the Police Officer's supporting deposition was filed with the trial court can only be determined by said court. Accordingly, the appeal is adjourned to the April 2007 term to afford the movant an opportunity to seek any further relief in the Criminal Court of the City of New York, if so advised.
