Motion by the appellants for a preference in the calendaring of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 11, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-02370), and March 24, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-04367), respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated September 28, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-10581).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are placed on the calendar for February 1, 2007, and the appeals shall be argued or submitted on that day.
