Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 25, 2006, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed with leave to renew upon proof that the appellants' attorney maintains an office for the transaction of business in the State of New York (see Judiciary Law § 470).
