It is Ordered that the motion and cross-motion are consolidated for disposition. The time to perfect the appeal is extended to the April 2007 term of the court and continuing the stay. No further extension of time will be granted. This court has already granted appellant permission to perfect her appeal on the original record and type-written briefs (see Order dated May 30, 2006). In the event the appellant fails to comply with the orders of this court, the landlord may move on five (5) days' notice for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal.
