| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 19, 2005, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 12, 2007, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file the reply brief is enlarged until
February 13, 2007, and the appellants' reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
