On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application in the above-entitled matter dated October 31, 2006, is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by Sumantha Rani Selvakumar, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 19, 2006, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Sumantha Rani Sedor.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Sumantha Rani Selvakumar to Sumantha Rani Sedor, effective immediately.
