| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 13, 2006, (1) in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order of this court, dated August 4, 2006, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated June 13, 2006, and a stay of all proceedings in the above-entitled matter upon her perfection of the appeal on or before October 5, 2006, and (2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order of this court dated August 4, 2006, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "October 5, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "March 12, 2007"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing her brief on the appeal is enlarged until March 12, 2007.
