Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of disposition of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 12, 2006, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as the appellant failed to serve the order to show cause upon the petitioner and Law Guardian in accordance with the terms thereof.
