Motion by the appellant on appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 19, 2006, February 6, 2006, July 21, 2006 (two orders), and October 20, 2005, respectively, for leave to file a supplemental record containing papers submitted in connection with the instant motion denominated as "Record on Appeal, Volume IV."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before January 26, 2007, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing papers submitted in connection with the instant motion denominated as "Record on Appeal, Volume IV."
