Application by the respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file an answering brief on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 23, 2006.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until February 27, 2007, and the respondent-appellant's answering brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' reply brief must be served and filed on or before March 28, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant's reply brief must be served and filed on or before April 17, 2007.
