| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 15, 1997, which was determined by decision and order dated December 14, 1998, for leave to make a motion, in effect, to determine the amount of child support arrears to be withheld from his pension.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
