It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the attorney's fee hearing on condition that the appeal is perfected by the May 2007 term. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The motion insofar as it seeks a stay of the enforcement of a money judgment is denied.
