ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated December 15, 2006, in the above-entitled case is amended by (1) deleting from the preamble thereof after the date April 6, 2006, the words "(Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-06139)" and substituting therefor the words "(Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-08388)", and (2) deleting from the preamble thereof after the date May 12, 2006, the words "(Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-08388)" and substituting therefor the words "(Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-06139)".
