Application by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 28, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-07511), and a decision of the same court dated December 5, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-00078), to deem the brief filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 28, 2006, to also be the brief on the appeal from the decision dated December 5, 2006.
