It is Ordered that the motion seeking a stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction is granted on the condition that the appellant perfects the appeal by the May 2007 term of this court - the filing deadline is March 14, 2007, and that appellant continues paying monthly use and occupancy, along with an additional $500 - each month, until the arrears are satisfied. In the event appellant fails to comply with either of the aforementioned conditions, the landlord may move on five (5) days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The appeal may proceed on the original record of the trial court and type-written briefs.
