| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 21, 2005, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record on appeal is granted, and on or before February 20, 2007, the respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the transcript of the proceedings which occurred before Judicial Hearing Officer Lodato on November 30, 2004; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is denied as unnecessary as the respondents filed their brief on December 11, 2006.
