| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered April 27, 2006, and June 13, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2006-06524 and 2006-06685, respectively), which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this court dated November 20, 2006, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 26, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-11605), to stay enforcement of the judgment and, in effect, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion dated November 20, 2006, and to reinstate the appeals from the orders dated April 27, 2006, and June 13, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
