| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Nicholas Lupoli from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 15, 2004, March 30, 2005, and June 30, 2005, respectively. By decision and order on motion dated October 13, 2006, the court granted the respondent's cross motion to hold the appeals in abeyance until December 14, 2006, and directed the parties to advise this court by December 14, 2006, whether a stipulation of settlement had been approved by the Supreme Court, Queens County, and the appellant's motion, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief was held in abeyance pending communications from the parties regarding the status of the stipulation of settlement.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated October 13, 2006, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "December 14, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "March 19, 2007."
