Appeals by Diana LaDuca from two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated September 6, 2006, and October 27, 2006.

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the orders appealed from are not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
