| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the counsel assigned by the Family Court, Rockland County, to be relieved from defending an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, entered December 22, 2005, and for the assignment of counsel to defend the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve counsel is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for the assignment of counsel is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 20, 2007, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
