Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated February 23, 2006, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 25, 2004, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(f) and CPL 470.60(1), to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
