It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the re-renting of the premises and the removal of possessions until after January 26, 2007. If, by said date, the appellant deposits $41,576.64, representing the use and occupancy due for November, December and January 2007, at $13,858.88 per month, with the Clerk of the Civil Court, then the movant may apply for a further continuation of this stay. Otherwise, the premises may be re-let and the appellant's personal property may be removed after January 26, 2007.
