| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Susan Green from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 2, 2006, and a judgment of the same court dated August 21, 2006. By separate orders to show cause both dated December 13, 2006, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with scheduling orders dated September 28, 2006, and November 2, 2006, issued pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.4(a)(2).
Now, on the court's own motion, and the papers filed in response to the order to show cause, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by serving and filing the record or appendix and appellant's brief on the appeals is enlarged until February 14, 2007.
