Appeal by Codean Foster from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 24, 2006. The appellant's brief was filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on December 19, 2006. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Dorothy Land, dated December 26, 2006, it is
