| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated May 27, 2003 (People v Epps, 305 AD2d 697), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 15, 2000. The application was denied by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 17, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
