DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Westchester County, both rendered August 15, 2005, and to assign new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is

ORDERED the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant's seeking leave to file a supplemental pro se brief when his assigned counsel files his brief.
