| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by the respondent, Richard Hartman, for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. By opinion and order of this court dated November 14, 1988, his resignation as an attorney and counselor-at-law pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.9 was accepted and he was disbarred pursuant to Judiciary Law §90. Respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on December 13, 1965.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that the respondent does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.
