Renewed motion by the respondent Lesley P. A. for leave to defend appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated August 29, 2006, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent Lesley P. A.:
