Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay his eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 23, 2006, and September 21, 2006, respectively, and for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
