Appeal by Presentment Agency from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated December 27, 2006.

ORDERED that the parties or their attorneys show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing this appeal on the ground that the order is not appealable (see CPLR 5704), by each filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this court on or before February 16, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this court, or his designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties or their by regular mail.
