It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the enforcement of the Civil Court order on condition that the appeal is perfected by February 7, 2007 and noticed for the April 2007 term of this court. In the event the appeal is not perfected by said date, the stay is vacated and the appellant's time to comply with the Civil Court repair order is extended until February 21, 2007.
