DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Isaac Sayegh on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 16, 2004, October 13, 2004, and December 1, 2006, respectively, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated December 1, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-11607), and cross motion by Teri Sayegh, inter alia, to direct Isaac Sayegh to comply with the order dated December 1, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before February 8, 2007, Isaac Sayegh shall comply with the order dated December 1, 2006; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Teri Sayegh's time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated June 16, 2004, and October 13, 2004, is enlarged until March 26, 2007, and the record or appendix on appeal and her brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the cross motion which is to direct Isaac Sayegh to comply with the order dated December 1, 2006, is granted to the extent set forth above; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is otherwise denied.
