| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent to enlarge the time to file a reply brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 29, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's time to file the reply brief is enlarged until February 13, 2007, and the appellant-respondent's reply brief must be filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondent-appellant to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 28, 2007, and that reply brief, if any, must be filed on or before that date.
