| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 22, 2005, and March 4, 2006, respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 28, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
