Separate motions by (1) Centurion Ministries pro se, (2) Innocence Project, Inc., and Innocence Network, (3) Marvin Tankleff's Former Classmates pro se, (4) Exonerated False Confessors pro se, (5) National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, New York State Defenders Association, John S. Martin, and Herbert A. Posner and (6) Former New York Prosecutors for leave to file amici curiae briefs on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated March 17, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amici curiae briefs must be served on the parties, and nine copies filed in this court on or before February 20, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent, if it be so advised, may file a reply brief to the amici curiae briefs on or before March 25, 2007.
