| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the respondent and the Law Guardian to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 19, 2006, on the ground that it has been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied without prejudice to the movants' raising the issue in their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondent and the Law Guardian to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until February 21, 2007, and the respective briefs of the respondent and the Law Guardian, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
