| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by J. Morris Pedowitz, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 21, 1938, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to James M. Pedowitz.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from J. Morris Pedowitz to James M. Pedowitz, effective immediately.
