| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 26, 2005, and December 14, 2005, respectively, inter alia, to enlarge the record on appeal to include a note written by Dorothy Phillips, Esq., dated May 6, 1999, and for leave to file a supplemental brief to address issues raised by the note and certain additional transcripts that were received after the original brief was filed.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the record on appeal to include a note written by Dorothy Phillips, Esq., dated May 6, 1999, and for leave to file a supplemental brief to address issues raised by the note and certain additional transcripts that were received after the original brief was filed are granted, and on or before February 15, 2007, the appellant shall file the note with the original papers on file with the Clerk of this court and serve and file the supplemental brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 8, 2007, the respondent and the law guardian shall serve and file their respective responses, if any, to the supplemental brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
