Application by the respondent Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 6, 2005. Separate application by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the respondent Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 15, 2007, and that respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before March 9, 2007.
