| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR 5520(a) to extend its time to serve a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 26, 2006, which notice of appeal was timely filed.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to serve his notice of appeal on the respondent is extended until February 16, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
