| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 30, 2005, in effect, to reargue her prior motion to enjoin the respondent from transferring out of the State of New York the proceeds from sales of certain real property pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated November 13, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
