DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from findings, a deposition, and a precept of the Supreme Court, Kings County, all dated November 2, 2006, "for enlargement of time to appeal" a certain "bench ruling" made dated January 11, 2007, "in anticipation of a combined appeal."

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appeals from the findings, deposition, and precept were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 19, 2007.
