Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of disposition of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 12, 2006, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Cross motion by the respondent-respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic.
